National Instruments MXI-2 Type M3 cable

The MXI-2 Type M3 cable (Part Numbers: 777165-04, 777165-02, 777165-01) from National Instruments is designed for use in industrial automation and data gathering applications. Capable of either straight-point or right-angle point connections, the cable may be utilized for a range of test and measurement connectivity needs. The cable may be seamlessly integrated into existing settings because it is compatible with ordinary MXI and INTX cables.

With lengths of 1, 2, 4, 8, and 20 meters, the MXI-2 Type M3 cable provides design flexibility to meet various spatial needs inside a system. The temperature range of the cable spans from 0° to 55°C during operation and -40° to 85°C when in storage, providing consistent performance throughout a range of environmental conditions. The cable is resistant to wet environments and can endure noncondensing relative humidity levels between 0% and 95% in both operating and storage settings.

By reducing electromagnetic interference for steady data transmission, it complies with FCC Class A EMI regulations. The MXI-2 Type M3 cable ensures that connected devices receive enough power delivery because it has the electrical capacity to withstand DC currents up to 3.2 A at a typical 2.2 A. Screw locks for safe connections and labeled ends for accurate alignment during setup are just a couple of the user-friendly features built into its design. The Type M3 cable, MXI-2, is essential for connecting to other MXIbus devices, including mainframes, instruments, and personal computers, and for expanding the VMEbus architecture outside of a VMEbus mainframe.
